PARTICIPATE!

Not everyone wants to swim a few miles in a wetsuit,
BUT we welcome experienced long-distance cold water swimmers AND experienced small power boaters & kayakers! ALL swimmers and safety monitors must be cleared and registered by our Coordinator.

Kristi Rudolph

Kristi Rudolph grew up on Bainbridge Island, graduating fom BHS in 1974. She studied African and Brazilian dance and martial art which was the basis of her creation of the Worldbeat Dance Workout.

She lived at Rancho La Puerta spa in Mexico for two years where she also taught Pilates and yoga before moving to the San Francisco Bay area to deepen her yoga practice.

In 2006, she returned to Bainbridge to build a green design home. The next year she travelled to Italy to teach yoga. There she suffered a stroke and found she had cancer. She spent two and a half months in Italian hospitals before returning home.
